Returns and Exchanges
In the unlikely event that you are not satisfied with your purchase we are happy to exchange for change of mind as long as it's within 7 days of purchase and the item is in its original package, is unworn and with tags still attached.
You can exchange for a different item or receive a store credit. We do not offer a refund unless in the unlikely event of an item being faulty or store inventory being inaccurate. All items are thoroughly checked before sending and packaged with care. However, should your items be visually damaged please ensure that you contact us by emailing email@example.com or phoning our store (03) 9482 7130.
Our policy lasts 7 business days for returns. If more than 7 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we canít offer you an exchange or store credit. We calculate 7 days from the delivery date you received your item. . Our store credit lasts for 6 months from date of exchange. Only regular priced items may be returned, unfortunately sale items cannot be exchanged.
